Chad Allen: CVC Co-Teaching Pastor: callen@cvconline.org

Chad Allen, Co-Teaching Pastor: Born and raised in California, Chad made the decision to follow Christ as a teenager. He felt the call to full time ministry right out of high school and served 20 years at River Oak Grace Community Church in Oakdale, CA. He has recently answered God's call to be "redeployed" and join in the efforts to reach Northeast Ohio for the Lord. Chad and Rica met in high school and were married in 1993. They have one son Cruz (2002), one daughter, Isabelle (2003), and are "paper-pregnant" with a baby girl from China that will be named Faith (hopefully joining their family in the next two years). Chad holds a B.S. in Religious Studies from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Theology from Liberty as well. Along with his family, Chad looks forward to exploring the new roads, parks, golf courses and racquetball courts, along with new experiences and relationships offered here in Ohio!

 

Bryan Karas: Creative Arts Pastor - bryankaras@sevenoseven.com

Bryan Karas was born and raised in Cleveland , Ohio . He has been involved with sevenoseven as the guitarist for the worship band and joined the staff team in March of 2005. Bryan has been a worship leader since his early teenage years and has been involved in many different ministries, including missions work in Rome , Italy , and on the Navajo reservation in New Mexico . Most recently, Bryan completed a ministry internship at Rockside Church in Independence , Ohio where he served in leading small groups, youth ministry, training worship teams, assisting in community outreaches, and preaching on Sunday mornings. Bryan currently serves on staff at sevenoseven as the Creative Arts Pastor, coordinating and providing direction and discipleship for all of the arts teams. His passion is seeing people develop their creative giftings and using them as acts of worship for the glory of God. He loves Cap’n Crunch, fighting crime, and organizing large amounts of data.

 

Dale Piscura: Associate / Counseling Pastor: dpiscura@sevenoseven.com

Dale serves as an assistant pastor in the sevenoseven ministries. He initiated the young adult ministry that became sevenoseven serving as a pastor to the young adults of CVCC. He has been part of CVCC since 1987 and on the pastoral staff since 2000. His duties in sevenoseven include counseling, staff discipleship and pastoral care. He has a Masters Degree in Biblical Counseling from Liberty University. He is 55 going on 27.

 

 

 

 

Dean Siley: Community Pastor: dean@sevenoseven.com

Siley was born and raised in beautiful Hudson, Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in Communications from Kent State University in 2002. He spent his high school and college years at Parkside Church under the teaching of Alistair Begg. Dean joined the sevenoseven team in January 2004 and hasn't looked back since. In this role as Community Pastor, he provides overall discipleship to Community Group Leaders as they seek to Love God, Love One Another and Love the World. His passion is to develop leaders and challenged them to use there gifts, time, and talent to glorify God. He deeply believes in building a unified community that is spiritually, physically, and mentally healthy. In addition, he also oversees Baptism, Communion, and Office Administration. Dean's favorite book is The Valley of Vision, and is his spare time you can find him hanging out with his wife Susan and daughter Sophia.

 

Amber Holmes: Women's Director: aholmes@sevenoseven.com

holmesAmber spent her formative years in Hamilton, Ohio before graduating from Greenville College, Illinois in 2005. Her degree in Digital Media allowed her to be involved in a number of media related ministry experiences in Northeast, Ohio including Communications Associate at Cleveland Hope and Digital Media Specialist for NEO360. She enjoys using her skills in preparing print materials, updating websites, video editing, and generally drawing pictures on her computer. God's given her a passion to create connections for our generation to be in Christian community. Amber currently serves the Women's LifeGroup leaders, empowering each of them to become passionate followers of Christ through community discipleship opportunities. She believes life is more rewarding when lived in community. Amber enjoys stop-motion animation, indie music, chocolate, and thought provoking books.
